Manned points: these points are located in shops (grocery, fuel/gas station) or on industrial zones (desks or depots). Here you can pick up your parcels, but also send parcels and mail worldwide.
Unmanned points: these are parcellockers, located on tactial adresses where you can pickup or return 24/7 your parcels and letters.
